In 2005, Mr. Vivek Deshpande from Pune and Mr. Dinesh Shah (Bothra) and Naresh Mehta from Mumbai joined forces to establish the Vardhman Group. Before its inception, Mr. Vivek Deshpande had already developed numerous social institutional projects, bungalows, multi-purpose halls, their surrounding areas, community-based projects, along with recreational elements, successful residential and commercial projects etc., in Pune, accumulating a substantial amount of experience in the industry.

Though the formation of Vardhman Group took shape in the year 2005, the legacy of entrepreneurship and the ambitious zeal for helping society upgrade in any segment goes back generations. Right from our great grand ancestors, we are committed to bring innovation in the sector we work in and make the lives of people around us better.

With the strong financial support from Mr. Dinesh Shah (Bothra) and Mr. Naresh Mehta, and the seasoned expertise of Mr. Vivek Deshpande in construction, the collaboration materialized into the inaugural project, ‘Vardhman Residency,’ located in Ambegaon, Pune 46.

What started as taking up construction projects and building unique dwellings, eventually got culminated in Vardhman Group.

And now the flourished family of We Vardhman stands tall on the very strong foundation.
